Our Performance Promise 

We’re here to create happier, more fulfilled athletes and we strongly believe in the power of Performance Journals to help you on your journey.

However, if you use any of our products for 3 months (13 weeks) and you’re not feeling completely satisfied, we’ll be happy to give you a full refund on return of your completed journal.

If you change your mind about your order or you'd like to return an unwanted gift, no problem. Just email us at support@performance-journals.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to offer you an exchange or refund, as long as the product is returned to us in its original condition with all packaging intact.

If your order has arrived damaged, please email us with photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving your order at support@performance-journals.com and we'll get it sorted for you.

If your pack is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or you were unable to collect your item from the local post office or courier depot, we'll be happy to refund you the cost of the goods, excluding shipping.
